WELCOME HOME TO CYPRESS CREEK

Privately owned, Cypress Creek has been operated by our family for over 40 years. We have taken our decades of experience and knowledge and used it to continually improve the manner in which we care for your loved ones. Our innovative approach, like our signature “peer neighborhoods” which house 12 to 20 residents with similar care needs, sets Cypress Creek apart from the others. The home-like feeling is exemplified in these neighborhoods. Each one includes tastefully furnished private or semi-private rooms, dining, and communal living room areas. Residents enjoy a comfortable and safe setting with a high staff-to-resident ratio resulting in a fulfilling quality of life.

Genuine support and respect from our highly-skilled nursing and leadership team is an irreplaceable benefit of becoming part of the Cypress Creek family. Our staff takes great care in building relationships — participating in daily activities, paying attention to the smallest detail, and becoming thoughtfully invested in each of our beloved residents.

Come see the difference…Come live with us!

PEER NEIGHBORHOODS

Our signature “peer neighborhoods” accommodate 12 to 20 residents with similar care needs making them all comfortable in their living environment. Our goal is to optimize a home environment to encourage independence safely with trained staff nearby.

COME SEE THE DIFFERENCE. COME LIVE WITH US.

We encourage our residents to enjoy social activities with their peers to promote independence and a happy life. Our signature peer neighborhoods are designed with this in mind. Residents in each neighborhood eat together and share a common area where they participate in planned activities.

Activities include: themed parties, live entertainment, crafts, games, exercises, clubs, and outings. Residents can relax in our beautifully landscaped courtyards or rock in our rocking chairs.

Residents share a worry-free life with all the comforts of home!

WHAT OUR FAMILIES SAY…

“My brother has been at Cypress Creek since October of 2017. After a short transition, he was telling me that he liked it there. There are activities planned every day, and staff always make sure that the residents make it down and get involved in some manner.  He especially likes the ‘ice cream social’ and the ‘sing along with the oldies’ days.

I am in Chicago, so it’s a bit difficult to ‘stay involved’, but the staff is always available to talk to if/when necessary. I have great comfort knowing they will always take my calls or they call me right away if any concerns arise. They genuinely seem to be there for the residents whatever it takes.”
